Boarding is held in our first building: 9520 Camp Bowie W Blvd. You will park at the building closest to the Ruff Resort & Spa billboard that has the "Daycare - Boarding - Grooming" signs, walk up the ramp, and enter through the single front door.
Your dog will love boarding at Ruff Resort & Spa! All dogs get constant attention and love from us until it is time to go to sleep in their personal suite at night.
Please call us at 817-744-8138 to reserve your dog's suite or click here to request an appointment online.
Drop off and pick up times for boarding are between 7am to 7pm on weekdays and 9am to 7pm on weekends. Our doors are locked between 9am to 4pm each day. If you arrive when our doors are locked, please give us a call so we can come assist you!
REQUIREMENTS FOR BOARDING:

Your dog must be up to date on the Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines.

We do not have spay/neuter requirements.

We cannot board dogs with open wounds, stitches, and cannot administer injectable medications.

Completed Client Registration and Pet Intake forms including uploaded vaccine records.

First-time boarding dog owners must complete the following paperwork and bring it, along with proof of vaccinations, to your boarding appointment or email it to us at ruffresortandspa@gmail.com ahead of time. Without these documents, we cannot accept your dog for their boarding appointment.

If you want your dog to enjoy daycare during their stay with us, please let us know upon drop off. Temperament assessments will be done the first day of your dog's boarding stay.

While daycare and one-on-one care will tire your dog out physically, mental stimulation will ensure they have less anxiety and rest easier.
Add on any of our enrichment options to offer mental stimulation during their stay! Kongs and Lick Mats are served frozen for longer enrichment and are filled with a pumpkin, greek yogurt, and doggie peanut butter puree.
Frozen Kong: $7-10 each (S-XL)
Frozen Lick Mat: $6 each (8"x8")
Collagen Stick: $5 each (12" Stick)
Puzzle Feeder: $4 per meal
